Help!!!

I have a slight problem, well actually a big problem. After making what I think is my best mold(a Higgens style) I am unable to remove the shell from the mold. I had used beeswax like I did on my two previous shells. But this time The mask did not slip off like the others. This time it seems like all the wax did was give the mask a cool beige color. So I have a fiberglass and kevlar shell thats the best I have ever made and I can't get it off to finish it. Any suggestions on how to get this thing apart with out damaging the shell? I was thinking of breaking the mold leaving the shell but How do I break through almost 8 inches of plaster?

Re: Help!!!

Hold the mask face up and drop it on a concrete floor. Seriously, that is how I do it. That will jar the plaster mold enough to pop it off the fiberglass and only the bottom edges of the mask will hit the floor. (this edge will be trimmed anyway, so don't worry about breaking it)

Re: Help!!!

I used a small crowbar or a chisel and slowly pry the shell apart from the mould/mold.
