Can anyone tell me the process for making a face mold using the canned spray foam? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thx emoticon

You mean that stuff that is used to fill in gaps as insulation?? It expands after being sprayed.

That stuff has GOT to be ridiculously toxic!

maybe you can't find it anywhere because there's no such thing ? The only time I used spray foam on a mold was to back-fill a mold I had made of fiberglass. It was just an experiment, but in the end the foam wasn't necessary, the fiberglass didn't need to be filled.

I can see where the expanding foam might make a very good female mold of the outside of the mask for those who build them from the outside in...
