Sunrez Company
Does anyone know what the pre fibrosport company Plante started in the 60's logo looked like? I wonder if there was any letter head. I'd like to get a Sunrez shirt. If I could find the logo anywhere. If there was a logo that is. They were the Mass produced pretzels in the 60's.
I wonder if the Sun Rez name has anything to do with the resin color when the sun hit it? Just a long shot guess.

Re: Sunrez Company
I read in a hockey magazine that Sunrez Co Ltd. was a Quebec company that Jacques collaborated with (beginning 64-65) to mass produce the bar style mask. The original price was $20 in Canada and $26 in the states. Production was about 5,000 pieces in the first year.

Re: Sunrez Company
Further to this topic - I can recall three types of masks with this exact layout - the one posted above by Brian which I always thought was hand made and my favorite - then another model that was very crude and had that ugly heavy coating over the bars and finally the production model which was stamped from a die for mass production purposes. I wonder if Sunrez Ltd was only involved as a manufacturer of the final die cut version and Jacques (and Birchmore) made the other two with Sunrez having no involvement.
